Howdy, I’m Abby
I’m from rural Indiana, where I grew up showing and training American Quarter Horses. I left the small world of Boone County for Los Angeles California to study at one of the finest art schools in America, Art Center College of Design. I earned a BFA in Illustration with an emphasis on Marketing, and a minor in Design for Sustainability. As it goes I never touched my degree (literally, I graduated on Zoom during Covid). I found a career in construction, then transitioned back into the creative world of photography and videography.
My Approach
My passion is capturing genuine moments and turning them into timeless photographs and films you’ll cherish for years to come. Set against the charm, history, and coastal beauty of Charleston, I create imagery that feels both authentic and artful, preserving not only how your day looked, but how it felt.
With a relaxed and intentional approach, I document the real moments as they unfold, from quiet exchanges and joyful celebrations to all the thoughtful details in between. Through both photography and videography, my goal is to tell your story in a way that reflects who you are while highlighting the beauty of the place where your memories are being made.
Whether your celebration takes place beneath Charleston’s moss-draped oaks, along the waterfront, or in one of the city’s historic venues, I’m there to capture every moment with care, creativity, and a storyteller’s eye.
